Sex Ed The Musical

Dec 3, 2020

We’ve all been there. A cozy downtown restaurant. You look amazing. The lights are low. As you peruse the martini menu, your date casually mentions that he identifies with serial killers.

Dating is no joke and sadly, it’s not getting any better out there. I even mention my worst date ever, featuring a total drunk (not me), a legendary Chicago blues singer (also not me), and someone getting punched in the face (hopefully not me). Good times.

On this episode, you’re going to hear some hilarious, dangerous, illegal, backwoods, museum-quality disaster dating stories from three very funny women.

Yale educated actress Victoria Savage (@SavageVtoria) has a date at the Getty Museum that’s almost as deadly as the Last Days of Pompeii.

Actress, vocalist and writer Heidi-Marie Ferren (@heidi_marieferren) takes us along on a date that takes a dangerous turn down a deserted country back road, and that’s not even the scariest part.

And author, actor and executive producer Candy Washington (@CandyWashington) finds herself on a first date sitting across the table from a guy with all of the charm of Jeffrey Dahmer. On a bad day.

These stories are 100% real and real funny.

Candy, Victoria, Heidi-Marie and I are all part of WhoHaHa (@whohaha) a creative community and digital content studio co-founded by actress, director, producer and overall mega-badass Elizabeth Banks. celebrates and elevates women in comedy. I’m proud to be part of this amazing collective of funny, fierce and clearly DROP DEAD GORGEOUS women.

ALSO! Now that sanity won and the dumpster fire that was 2020 is coming to an end, it’s time for you to take back all of the pleasure you sacrificed to this annus horribilis.
