There’s that voice in your head. That voice that can be very critical of you at the worst moments possible. We do all sorts of work to try to control that voice. Silence it. Take control of that voice and shut it down. Well, according to acclaimed Intimacy Expert Allana Pratt, that strategy is completely backwards.
In this episode, Allana Pratt reveals that we need not to silence or to kill that voice, but to seduce it. Make love to that voice. Let it know that it’s being heard and that it’s wanted and safe. I know! This goes against everything I’ve ever tried but, full disclosure, I’ve had very little success controlling that inner critic so clearly, I have been doing things all wrong. (That last comment courtesy of my inner critical voice).
